In this cozy, hands-on workshop, we’ll dive into the healing power, flavour, and folklore of garlic — a humble kitchen staple that has been treasured for centuries as both food and medicine.
You’ll create three beautiful, small-batch garlic preparations to take home:
✨ Lacto-Fermented Garlic — a probiotic powerhouse that’s delicious and gut-loving.
✨ Fermented Honey Garlic — sweet, spicy, and soothing for the throat and immune system.
✨ Savoury Garlic Spread — infused with herbs, olive oil, and nutritional yeast, perfect on bread, pasta, or roasted veggies.
As the aromas fill the studio, you’ll learn about garlic’s time-honoured role in immune and heart health, explore its chemistry and herbal energetics, and discover how to weave food medicine into your daily kitchen rituals.
Expect an inspiring, laughter-filled afternoon at The Green Goddess Studio, surrounded by the scent of slow alchemy — where every jar tells a story of nourishment, tradition, and care while we chop until our hearts' content.

Please note that workshop materials and ingredients are prepared in advance for each participant. Because of this, cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can’t attend. If The Green Goddess must cancel due to weather or illness, full refunds or credits will be issued.
