Heat-sensitive products (like whipped body butters and deodorants): These may soften or melt in hot conditions during shipping. If this happens, the product remains safe and usable, but its texture may change. We do not offer refunds for products that are knowingly ordered during the summer months.

Tips for warm-weather orders:
• Stock up in cooler months to store at home (fridge or cool room recommended).
• Pick up in person from one of our retailers if possible.
• Consider waiting until cooler seasons to order meltable products.
