At The Green Goddess, we take pride in creating small-batch, handcrafted skincare with the highest quality botanicals. Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on most items. Please review the details below:
Non-Refundable Products

Heat-sensitive items, such as whipped body butters, may melt during shipping, altering the product's whipped consistency. Deodorants, lip balms, lip tints, and other products, such as salves, may also melt or soften during shipping in warmer months. These products remain safe and usable, but we cannot offer refunds for melting.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products, teas, or custom-made items.

Sale or promotional items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please don't hesitate to contact me at sarah@iamthegreengoddess.com within 7 days of delivery. I would be happy to replace the damaged item, provide a refund, or offer a store credit. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage so I can help quickly.
Order Cancellations
Refunds may be issued if your order is cancelled before it has shipped. Once shipped, all sales are considered final.
