Directions & Cautions:
Add 1 cup to a hot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. Add an additional cup of plain epsom salts to bath water for optimal magnesium absorption. This product may temporarily transfer colour to tub or linens; wash well to prevent stains. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store away from children.
