Our beloved Stocking Stuffer Workshop returns with a festive twist — The Tasty Tea-Making Edition! Join The Green Goddess at her cozy acreage studio for an afternoon of sipping, blending and creating a beautiful collection of handcrafted teas, ready to give as thoughtful holiday gifts.
We’ll put on the kettle and sip tea together while exploring the fascinating history and tradition of tea and herbal infusions. Then we’ll dive into the art and science of tea blending — learning how to combine flavours, aromas and herbal properties to create blends that are as delicious as they are beautiful.
You’ll have access to The Green Goddess herbal pantry, filled with more than 50 herbs, flowers, spices, teas and botanicals — including plants grown and harvested right here on our Northern Alberta acreage. Experiment with different combinations, discover ingredients you may never have worked with before, and unleash your inner tea alchemist as you create your own signature blends.
Each participant will create 12 beautiful, gift-ready jars of handcrafted tea, with approximately 20 teaspoons of tea in each 125 mL glass mason jar. Create a variety of blends for teachers, co-workers, friends, bus drivers and holiday hosts — or tuck a few away in your own cupboard to enjoy throughout the winter.
Along the way, we’ll explore blending ratios, flavour balance, herbal properties and the principles behind creating a truly delicious cup of tea, giving you the confidence and inspiration to continue experimenting at home.

Cancellation Policy:
Workshop materials and ingredients are prepared in advance for each participant. Because of this, cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can’t attend. If The Green Goddess must cancel due to weather or illness, full refunds or credits will be issued.
