At The Green Goddess, each product is handcrafted with intention, care, and high-quality botanicals. We stand behind our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, please contact us directly at sarah@iamthegreengoddess.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We genuinely care about your experience and will work with you to find a fair solution, whether that means guidance, an exchange, store credit, or a refund when appropriate.
Because our products are handmade in small batches, each request is reviewed individually. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return; however, we still encourage you to reach out if something isn't working for you so we can help troubleshoot or offer support.
Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
