To use it on your hands: spray liberally so that the entire surface of your hand becomes wet, including the backs, in between fingers, and around your fingernails, then rub until dry.
To use it on surfaces: spray to sanitize and disinfect most surfaces before and after you touch them, like your keyboard, steering wheel, door handles, shopping cart, etc.
All hand sanitizers kill germs, but some contain Triclosan which is considered an endocrine disrupter.
