Then we’ll dive into \u003cstrong\u003ethe art and science of tea blending\u003c\/strong\u003e — learning how to combine flavours, aromas and herbal properties to create blends that are as delicious as they are beautiful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou’ll have access to \u003cstrong\u003eThe Green Goddess herbal pantry\u003c\/strong\u003e, filled with more than 50 herbs, flowers, spices, teas and botanicals — \u003cstrong\u003eincluding plants grown and harvested right here on our Northern Alberta acreage\u003c\/strong\u003e. Experiment with different combinations, discover ingredients you may never have worked with before, and unleash your inner tea alchemist as you create your own signature blends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach participant will create \u003cstrong\u003e12 beautiful, gift-ready jars of handcrafted tea\u003c\/strong\u003e, with approximately 20 teaspoons of tea in each 125 mL glass mason jar.
